About Maestro Richard
Maestro Richard is a co-founder and President of The Audacious Spirit. He is the lead teacher and designer of the curricula taught here. Richard has done professional readings and healings for over 25 years. He is the former Director of both the Deja Vu Online Psychic Institute and The Berkeley Psychic Institute both in Berkeley, California. He most recently assisted in the founding of Spirit is Calling - a new, advanced psychic training school created by Rt. Rev. Carmen Figueras. Richard acknowledged a shamanic calling in 2012 and has adapted his former training and religious experience to a shamanic practice that has become unique to The Audacious Spirit. He also brings a wealth of life experience to both his reading and healing spaces and he is always a student of ordinary and extraordinary life and its inherent strangeness. He is supremely privileged to be teaching others about spirituality and to be part of a community of seers, healers, thinkers and knowers.
Richard has done thousands of readings and healings over the decades and has mentored students who have gone on to becoming great teachers, leaders, healers and people in general.

Richard is a shamanic minister and can perform ceremonies such as weddings, and funerals or any sort of ceremony desired relevant to people of any belief system.
